Our courier charge is only $4.99 per shipment.
Note: Most orders are sent as one shipment but if your order contains a combination of items that are in stock in our warehouse and those that are ordered in from suppliers, there may be an additional shipment charge of $3.99. You can select your delivery preference at checkout.
Free Shipping
You will receive free delivery if your order is for items totalling $99 or more and sent as one shipment.
Timeframes
| NSW: | 3-4 working days. |
| QLD: | 3-4 working days. |
| VIC, SA, ACT: | 3-5 working days |
| Rest of Australia (including rural): 5-10 working days. | |
Note: Delivery may take an extra 1-2 days during peak times (November/December)
Delivery Companies
Most of our orders are delivered by Toll Priority. If your order is in a rural location it is possible that Toll may use Australia Post for the end delivery.
Tracking
Orders are trackable on the Toll website.
Generally track and trace information will show the following events:
- Pickup
- Into Facility
- Vehicle Loaded
- Successful Delivery
