Simply email or live-chat us within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and send your product back to us in original condition and packaging for a full refund (less any postage costs).
Items received as gifts are also eligible for exchange or credit, under the same conditions.
If after receiving a product you decide it is not suitable or a friend or family member has purchased the same product - you are welcome to send it back to us for exchange or for a full refund/credit to your customer account. Please make sure that the product is in unused original condition and well packaged to avoid damage in transit. You will need to pay the freight for the return but we will be happy to cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
We try to stock the highest quality products available but recognise that sometimes a product you have purchased may not work as expected. In the first instance we recommend that you live chat or phone us on 0800 99 00 88 as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.
